Experiencing playground stuck at sandbox creation step

Unfortunately, this error is dependent on a connection from the playground to Salesforce. If you see that your playground has been stuck at this error for shorter than 48 hours, please continue to allow it to progress. If the playground step does not complete after 48 hours you can create a playground case in the Community for Copado to review, however, since this does depend on the Salesforce connection, we may not be able to resolve on our end. The only thing we can do is attempt to restart the step to speed up the process.

If you do not wish to wait for the step to complete or create a case, you can delete the playground and create a new one.
