Could not create connections
There are occasions when you might receive an email with the message below:
"A task could not be run on Copado. Please carefully review the below information as an action may be required from your end in order to enable the Copado task to complete successfully. Details: Could not create connections."
This may happen if a scheduled job cannot log in to your Copado instance to retrieve the job details before its execution, or if it cannot log in with a job's related org credential.
In these cases, please check the following:
- Who is the owner of the record? (Git Snapshot, Deployment, etc)
- Is the owner an active Salesforce user? Does the owner have a Copado EE license assigned?
- Has the owner created an org credential for their Copado user?
If all of the above is correct, scheduled jobs should be running smoothly.
