Copado Robotic Testing FAQs
Frequently Asked Questions
What kind of subscriptions / plans are available?
Copado Robotic Testing has a flexible plan structure based on the number of users and parallel test runs. Parallel test runs are sometimes referred to as “parallel robots”. Contact Copado sales to find a plan suitable for you.
In addition to the paid plans, there is a free personal plan that comes with all the essential features but has a limited test execution capability of 60 minutes per month.
Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
The contract is for one year. We are, obviously, happy to provide longer contracts, too.
What happens if I cancel my subscription?
Your subscription will remain intact until the end of your contract. We’ll maintain your data for 6 more months to make it easy for you to reactivate your subscription if you happen to change your mind. After those 6 months we’ll remove all your data.
Can I cancel my account anytime?
Yes, you can. However, prepaid fees are not refundable. For more information go to Community Support.
Can I have multiple plans active at the same time?
You probably don’t need to, as you may have as many projects as you need within your plan but if you want to have multiple plans you certainly can.
What happens if I exceed my plan’s parallel tests limit?
Your tests will still all run. It will just take some more time because the test run you initiated last will have to wait for its turn.
Does Copado Robotic Testing support RPA (Robotic Process Automation)?
Yes, you can use Copado Robotic Testing for RPA. When creating a new project, remember to choose “RPA” as the project type.
What browsers does Copado Robotic Testing work on?
You can use Copado Robotic Testing on Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, and Microsoft Edge, and Apple Safari. Microsoft Internet Explorer is not supported.
You can use Copado Robotic Testing with a mobile device (iOS, Android), too but some of the advanced features just as live testing, web editor, and test video streaming won’t work on a mobile device.
Can I do on-premise testing or is Copado Robotic Testing cloud-only?
We recommend to use the pure cloud setup whenever possible but you can have test robots also inside your firewall. To use this feature, you need to install a piece of software known as QConnect on a local computer and connect it with Qentinel Robotic Testing in the cloud. If your plan has QConnect enabled you’ll find the installation with instructions on your Copado Robotic Testing Settings page.
Are there any training courses for Copado Robotic Testing?
There is a full online training and certification program available in the Copado Community.
