Error Message when launching an Academy Video

Sometimes connectivity issues can cause error messages like "Error Message: Unable to decrypt the encrypted video source" or "A network error caused the video download to fail part way. Please check your connection or try later" when launching a module video.

To resolve the issue try clearing cache and using incognito window. If you are using proxy, disable the proxy servers and relaunch the video.
