Error 503 Service Unavailable when working with Copado

Copa.do DNS Provider is currently not responding appropriately, as a consequence, all API calls and web requests going through copa.do are not responding.

HOW THIS IS IMPACTING ME:
  • Copado callout coming from your salesforce instances or external systems will not be responded and will return status 503. This includes but is not limited to:
    • Committing Changes.
    • Deployments.
    • Scheduled Jobs.
    • External CI Jobs.
    • Copado Webhooks.
  • Your webhooks configured in external platforms using copa.do will not respond during the domain outage e.g. Pull Requests.

WHAT ACTIONS DO I NEED TO TAKE:

Our team is working with the domain provider to get a resolution. You can get your service immediately restored by redirecting your configuration to our copado.com infrastructure following the next steps:

1. Create a New  Remote Site Settings to allow your Salesforce instance to connect to our copado.com infrastructure.

For Customers in the United States:
  • In your Copado Environment create new remote site settings with the following values:
  1. Remote Site Name: Copado_US
  2. Remote Site URL: https://app-api.copado.com
  3. Active: Checked

Note: The default zone for all Copado customers is the United States. If you are in Europe but had never explicitly requested to redirect to Europe Infrastructure, please use the United States configuration.
