Copado notification emails not received in a Sandbox

Working with Copado you might notice that after a Sandbox refreshing you stopped receiving email notifications from Copado (e.g. "Deployment completed Successfully", "Copado task not executed", "There is a Manual Task waiting for your intervention", etc).  This could be caused by the configuration of Deliverability Settings for Emails Sent from Salesforce. After a Sandbox refreshing, the Access level option in the Access to Send Email section is set to No access, it prevents all outbound email to and from users.
