Playground Technical Issue

Unfortunately, there is not much support Copado can offer beyond the actual playground creation (i.e. commit, promote, deploy, etc.). If you are experiencing issues in your playground past the creation point, you can proceed with one of the two options below:

1. If you are a customer currently, you can create a Standard Support case
2. If you do not have the correct access to submit a Standard Support case, you can reach out to your Customer Success Manager who can work with you to get you that access
